Randolph County Commissioners Pursuing Corrective Measures Against Library

Readers might recall I had posted here about the Randolph County Library making available to children a book that discusses a “transgender boy”. I expressed concern regarding how that could take place in a Deep Red county.

It turns out that the county Board of Commissioners is taking action. It has scheduled a public hearing to discuss the matter of reorganizing the county library’s board of trustees. The hearing will take place in two weeks.

Kudos to the county commissioners for addressing the issue. I hope they stand firm and ignore the arrows and salvos shot in their direction. Obviously, there is something terribly wrong that needs to be corrected.

  1. The county commissioners doing the Lords work if they purge the library of this perversion. This in a way reminds me of the narrative found in Matthew 21:12….

Then Jesus entered the temple[a] and drove out all who were selling and buying in the temple, and he overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. 13 He said to them, “It is written,

‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’
but you are making it a den of robbers.”
