Changing the definition in this way is just as dishonest as it can be. Manipulation of language in this way is purely for deception and fraud.
It is important for RFK to discover who gave the order for this deception and dishonorably discharge them immediately! Among the cockroaches in such government bureaucracies, at least this one should be eliminated.
Great point, J. Sobran, but the CDC Director who was serving at the time– whomever that might have been– is already gone. The cockroach underling(s) might still be there.
