I admire Judge Griffin for having more grit than the typical Republican…not having folded. It isn’t just his judgeship, but also shutting down this portal of Dem cheating that he accomplished.
J. Sobran, those are great points. It is possible this might result in fixing some things.
I suspect part of the problem is sloppy, careless Board of Elections employees who input data into their systems incorrectly. But who knows? And of course, his challenges are multifaceted.
One other point, however. Griffin could not pursue these challenges without money to pay the lawyers. Some committed donors are enabling these challenges to take place.
In some respects, we did not see enough challenges with the 2024 congressional elections- for both the US House and the US Senate. The Republicans waved the white flag very quickly on some of those races nationwide, and that is unfortunate. They could have spent some money and perhaps picked up some additional seats.
