I don’t expect the impacts of this ruling to be instantaneous. It will take time for its effect to be felt. However, this is a big win because legislators must not ever cede its powers to write law as the people’s representatives to an unelected bureaucracy:

This is a big win. A win for sanity. The previous deference to unelected bureaucrats was undemocratic in the extreme. Now if they can get hack Dem judges to go by the law.
