I stumbled across an app and internet radio station called His Radio. It has a few “live” radio stations, but one of these is called His Radio Classic. It features contemporary Christian music from the 1980’s and 1990’s. (The term “classic” is a reminder that those of us who enjoyed the music from that time period are getting old.)
The Christian music from this era has faded into history and is rarely heard on Christian radio and during church services. But there was some really good music. It tended to be melodic and readily sung.
I was reminded of one example:

Lots of great songs from that era, Fred. Although they sound a bit dated compared with the more current sounds, the content was biblical and many lives were blessed.
