It would not surprise me at all if the CIA’s fingerprints were all over the terrorist attack in Moscow.
It’s become pretty sad, Fred, when neither of us would be surprised. It would be better, however, if we went through an open Congressional process of declaring war– as the Constitution requires– in the event we want to wage war against another country.
