Good for Mr. Walker. The fact is that marijuana is still illegal under Federal law but DEA does not have the resources to raid every pot store in the 38 states that have legalized marijuana. Congress is turning a blind eye to this dilemma.
When marijuana is commonly laced with Fentanyl, this is a much bigger problem than it might appear on the surface. All of these states that have dabbled in legalization or decriminalization are foolhardy.
