The Dissenter reports that the Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission and its director– Brent Leatherwood– are supporting the open borders bill pushed by the democratic socialists Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden.
What further evidence do you need that we Southern Baptists have a major problem in our midst? One of the major agencies within the Convention has been run by socialist operatives for nearly a decade.
The situation you describe in the SBC in indeed unfortunate. Thankfully they don’t have a vote in the matter. The bill is on life support in the Senate an DOA in the House.
Fred, I hope the individual churches in the SBC wake up. They are being intentionally subverted. Not nearly enough is being done about it.
