I just don’t trust them !
You can’t trust those who are not trustworthy, Fred.
Bureaucracies are hard to trust. DEI is the wrong goal. Merit and quality of service are the proper gages.
All the incentives these days are to do this kind of thing. And of course, within academia, you have many EAGER potential participants to construct this awful system.
I call it Diversity, Inclusion, Equity or DIE for short, literally and figuratively.
Fan, you definitely have it right.
I hope we are beginning to see the beginnings of some real opposition to this juggernaut.
