This sounds eerily Orwellian. The Who is poison and the US should stay the heck away from its mandates. Does.t the US Senate have a say so in the matter of treaties.
Even China’s Communist party has problems enforcing its totalitarian policies.
This is an interesting conundrum, Fred. Yes, the Senate is supposed to ratify treaties. Republican members of Congress reassure us that no “accord” can override American sovereignty. But there is nothing stopping Biden from signing the accord and allowing the WHO to do its thing unless the Supreme Court steps in and stops it. But that requires someone funding this litigation, and the litigation working its way through the system.
