A lawsuit was filed several days ago to stop an effort to remove a magnificent Confederate monument from Arlington Cemetery. The usual forces have been at work trying to erase our history and further establish cultural Marxism and their Color Revolution.
A press conference will be held tomorrow in connection with this lawsuit that was filed.
The Daily Signal has an article about the effort to remove it that includes a striking photograph of the monument and the setting in which it sits.
Ironically, in other contexts, when the left has been removing Confederate monuments from prominent places in towns and cities, their argument has been that the proper place they should be located is in a cemetery. But this particular monument already located in a cemetery cannot be tolerated by the hateful, intolerant left.
Hopefully common sense and decency will prevail,
I hope so, Fred. It is pretty absurd to remove it, although we have been living during times when absurdity is the rule rather than the exception.
