The new AI center in India to be developed by Truist Bank will be operated in conjunction with Infosys.
Readers will recall that Infosys is a corporation with a presence in North Carolina that specializes in hiring Indians to work in the United States for banks and technology companies using visas. These have been outsourcing arrangements. That helps box out Americans from these particular jobs.
Truist is partnering with a company like Infosys. But the bank’s forerunner, BB&T, was a great conservative southern bank that delivered excellent customer service for its American customers. Now, Truist exports work to India.
