Citizens are concerned, and they showed up at the Greensboro City Council Meeting last night. The News and Record reports several prominent local Republican elected officials appeared also.
Citizens plan to do the same at the Guilford County Commissioners’ meeting Thursday evening.
Kudos to these citizens who showed up and applied pressure on our elected representatives. Keep it up. We need to let the socialists know how we feel. They need to be concerned that they will lose their cherished positions if they don’t do the right thing.
That is wishful thinking, the demographics being what they are, TC. But a huge move by the ordinary free people. More power to them.
I think the socialist politicians are beginning to feel some heat, Fred. I hope it makes a difference, but as you say, their inclination will be to grab as much of our money as they can.
