General Flynn To Trump…

He recommends that Pam Bondi be replaced; and expresses grave concern regarding the gang of six socialists who conspired to sow doubt in the minds of military troops. He also blames Barack Obama as the person responsible for the Russia Hoax against Trump. He expresses concern about what Trump has not done, and argues he must act quickly and decisively:

  1. General Flynn is a good and loyal soldier who is exercising his 1st amendment right.

Oh, I think Trump fully understands the forces that are trying to undermine his presidency.

I sympathize with Flynn’s impatience . It is shared by many others; however, he needs to tamp it down. It is easy to carp from the peanut gallery but I am sure the President has close staff that he trusts to provide him valuable advice .

I have followed Sidney Powell’s career since she was on the team that prosecuted drug dealer Jimmy Chagra who was accused in the assassination of John H. Wood Jr., a federal judge from Texas.

She defended firms and executives involved in the Enron scandal, including the accounting firm Arthur Andersen and former Merrill Lynch executive Jim Brown. She was an outspoken critic of the Enron Task Force prosecutions, and accused prosecutor Andrew Weissmann of overreach. After that, Powell wrote extensively about prosecutorial abuses in the 2014 book “Licensed to Lie.”

In this book she wrote that prosecutors in the corruption trial of U.S. Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska intentionally withheld “Brady material” they should have disclosed to the defense. Stevens was convicted of seven felony counts of corruption . However, numerous instances of prosecutorial misconduct, which Powell writes about, led to the conviction being vacated by the Judge.

She also was General Flynn’s attorney when FBI Director Comey set him up with a malicious prosecution.

Powell has won accolades for her work both as a prosecutor and appellate attorney.

I however have one problem with General Flynn’s suggestion to Metaxas that Powell replace Pam Bondi as AG. Surprisingly and disappointingly, she pleaded guilty to 6 misdemeanor charges (brought by the now disgraced Fani Willis ) for her role in the attempt by the former president and his allies to alter the outcome of the election in the State of Georgia. She was sentenced to serve six years’ probation and pay a $6,000 fine, and agreed to testify against the other defendants. (a rat). The FIFO principal– First In First Out. …

    1. I was a bit surprised also, Fred, at the Powell suggestion. It’s a downright shame the establishment Republicans in the Senate led by Thom Tillis shot down Matt Gaetz’ nomination. I think he would have been really good…

      1. I agree with you, Triad, and with Gen Flynn about Bondi. And the thing is, the deep and pervasive corruption and malfeasance within the DeepState is THE most existential threat to the survival of the US as anything resembling a republic. It is far more important than anything going on in the Eastern Hemisphere and all these stupid trade wars.

        1. It is interesting, J. Sobran, that the fact the National Guard assassin had worked with the CIA has led some parties to suggest that what happened yesterday was a CIA operation. I don’t know whether that is true or not. But the fact some are making this allegation is an illustration of how severely trust has been shattered.
