The NC Family Policy Council reports product being sold in storefronts in NC that exceed the legal limit for THC by a factor of forty.
It is not unusual for folks to get themselves into trouble using these products. It can be a DUI situation discovered during a car wreck investigation– or it could be a positive drug test taken for other purposes.
I have never been comfortable with these products being sold legally. There can be tremendous variation in the amount of THC in these products. And now, THC is being introduced into wine products being sold commercially. What a mess.
That is some strong mind altering stuff compared to the junk that was being peddled in the 60’s. Buyer beware.
It is disconcerting, Fred, to see these storefronts popping up here, there and everywhere. It suggests an insatiable demand for these products. Sometimes folks are trying to self-treat certain maladies. But I wonder about the level of addiction out there that is being created.
