Guilford’s Water “Emergency”

We learn at the Rhino times website that the Guilford County Commissioners perceive we have a water emergency because of growth occurring primarily in the southeastern portion of the county associated with the new Toyota battery plant and all that is spawning. That is being represented to justify a whole new approach to water infrastructure throughout the county.

As I have suggested previously, we need to be wary of these people. The introduction of water infrastructure throughout the county will facilitate more rapid development that will fundamentally change the character of our small towns and rural area. Some political and business forces would like nothing more than to see that happen. The objective is to extend Greensboro throughout nearly the entire county by subterfuge.
