What he is saying in this video is valid. However, I would take it at least one step further.

I would be sure to teach what the Founders were trying to achieve when they ratified the Constitution, and why they set up a union with multiple levels of government, and multiple branches. I would further teach what the Constitution says, and what it doesn’t say. I would teach the very limited role the Founders wrote into the Constitution for the federal government. I would teach their presumption that the country would be overwhelmingly Christian– as it was for at least a couple of centuries, and as it certainly was at its inception.
