Whatever information the FBI released about the January event needs further clarification. Were all the 274 ” Agents actually sworn law enforcement officers or were they FBI confidential human sources ( CHS ) or a mix of both.
I suspect that former FBI Director is facing indictment for his testimony to Congress regarding this matter.
I have another question, Fred. What were they REALLY doing?
My suspicion at that time is that things were orchestrated. Time has proved that was the case.
Well said, Michael Knowles. Those 275 FBI were paid as well as they all are. What were they paid to do that day? Take notes?
The Blaze’s Steve Baker provides lots of granular information implying or consistent with this being a Fedsurrection, an event manipulated into being. Especially bringing out Pelosi-associated thugs. Aaron Black, Pelosi’s fixer (a professional riot starter), had 50 paid provocateurs at the Capitol. I bet you they were the window-breakers.
Officialdom has lied to us about almost everything important concertedly since the beginning of the Faucian/BLM dystopia, and a good bit before that (Russia hoax, Charlottesville). Prima facie, we should expect what officialdom says is a lie.
That has been the unfortunate state of affairs, J. Sobran. I was unfamiliar with the contributions of Aaron Black.
Here is another aspect of Jan 6 that nobody has explained as of yet. Why would the folks in this crowd do things that would jeopardize themselves without having a reasonable expectation that their efforts would be successful? There was little chance that storming the Capitol, breaking things and making a scene therein would change the course of events. Their efforts would have had to be far more aggressive and definitive than those limited measures.
The flip side is that when the left has routinely done these kinds of things, they have tended to get away with it. There are many examples of that.

Exactly, Triad. MAGA people never behave as the handful of window-smashing types did. Even when provoked by Capitol police firing projectiles into the middle of crowds away from the barriers. MAGA people went out of their way to stop violence repeatedly.
I would love to see an investigation to see what actually became of the individuals caught on film doing violent stuff. It would be telling if–like Ray Eppes–they were not prosecuted. As you observe, there was nothing to be gained unless you are a paid provocateur.
Unfortunately, J. Sobran, with every day that passes, it becomes increasingly unlikely there will be accountability for this and other outrages.
