It will be very difficult to elect a truly good man to be mayor of New York City. That seems very clear.

It would be a shame if New Yorkers elect Mamdani. The guy is a socialist with a lot of whacky ideas. What Wolf says about his opponents is true and that is all the more a depressing thought. NYC is a great town and shouldn’t be turned over to this crazy radical to govern.
It would help if at least one or two of the opponents drop out, Fred. But I don’t know if they will.
