Great conversation. I always thought Collins was one of the good guys. Liberals will be liberals and secular. Christians need to seek out info from people like John West and reject those that want to belittle the Old testament.

Yes, Fred. Collins did not turn out to be one of the good guys. But he is merely one manifestation of a much more pervasive issue in the churches and denominations.
What he is describing is part of the reason so many churches and pastors have become corrupted or compromised in various ways.
