Stopping Mamdani

There have been reports that he has recently been collaborating with Obama in Obama’s “war room” in Washington, D.C.; that he is aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood; and also that he was flirting with communism around the time he became naturalized as a U.S. citizen.

Now this:

As of right now, Andrew Cuomo is still in the race as a “third party” candidate; Eric Adams, as an independent; and Curtis Sliwa as the Republican. This splits up the potential anti-Mamdani vote paving for way for this abominable candidate to win the general election.

Unlike in our area, the NYC mayoralty is a powerful position. It has a great deal of executive authority. There is no “city manager” there. By contrast, the mayor in Greensboro has one vote on the city council, leads city council meetings and is otherwise somewhat of a figurehead.

Sliwa and Adams have been stating that they will remain in the race; and I have not seen Cuomo make any statement about dropping out. If pridefulness leads them all to remain in the race, it might hand the election to Mamdani. Adams has not been a great mayor, but he might be the best hope to stop the communist.

In the democratic primary, Mamdani had the biggest pluralities by far among Asian voters although he also won among younger adults. There are large populations of folks from various Asian countries in New York. This raises a major red flag about Asian immigration to the United States– both legal and illegal.

  1. Yup, Mamdani is a full blown Communist. Like you , if you want what is best for NYC, then Cuomo and Sliwa should step aside and give Adams a chance at winning.
