Below you will find a great discussion between Katy Faust and Albert Mohler. Mohler leads one of the Southern Baptist seminaries. Faust leads an organization we discussed here a couple of weeks ago– the Greater Than campaign— that seeks to overturn the notorious Obergefell Supreme Court decision 11 years ago that forced same sex marriage on the entire country.
She speaks passionately about the fact that the interests of children were ignored with Obergefell because it changed the legal landscape completely with regard to parenting. Children are reduced to commodities or accessories under the Obergefell regime. The video includes some smart discussion regarding adoption and IVF that are necessarily relevant to the topic of same sex marriage and its impacts on children.
Both Faust and Mohler speak with insight and a certain degree of expertise. This is a very worthwhile discussion to hear, but you might want to start at the 2:00 mark to skip the preliminaries:
