After the evaluation and tallying of provisional ballots, Sam Page is now 23 votes ahead of Phil Berger.
On March 13, additional votes will be counted. These will include military/overseas ballots and also absentee ballots that need to be “cured”. (It was previously reported that the absentee ballot curing would have been completed and counted by now.)
It is difficult to know whether these remaining votes will be sufficient to change the outcome.
After the counting takes place on March 13, the losing candidate has the right to request a recount. After the recount, litigation would be the only remaining option.

I watched briefly the online video yesterday of the counting of provisional ballots in both Guilford and Rockingham Counties. These both appeared to be transparent processes with multiple observers.
