Employers are employing illegal workers to keep wages low and to increase their own profits.
The E-Verify system punishes employers who hire illegal immigrants.
Thus this is why they keep blocking immigration worksite enforcement. Their will to resist exceeded the will of the majority to see our laws enforced.
In my opinion, Fred, this would be justifiable regulation. It is a core federal responsibility to maintain border security and control over who can come here to work from foreign countries.
