There is a fairly new lefty website that covers our region called the Greensboro Thread. It has an article that nurses the grievances of those that want voting sites at NC A&T and UNCG.
Despite Guilford County’s election officials’ eminently reasonable justifications for not providing sites to vote at those campuses, the advocates claim it is just not fair.
However, it should be noted that the grievance-mongers are not advocating for voting sites at the following schools:
- High Point University
- Greensboro College
- Guilford College
- Bennett College
- ECPI
- Strayer University
- The multiple campuses of GTCC
How is that fair that A&T and UNCG would get sites, but all these others would not?
If these students truly want to vote, they can find a way to get to the polls.
Really ? Do these whining babies want free transport to the polling places. Just say no to these students who want ballot access with hardly leaving their warm bed.
Let them walk!
