When a church says, “We don’t get political,” what they actually mean is, “We won’t apply God’s Word to public life.”

I wouldn’t attend a church where the Pastor shied away from political issues important to matters of concern to his flock such as abortion, crime , euthanasia etc.
I agree, Fred. Unfortunately, few pastors do these things. It is an abrogation of duty if they do not.
