I hope the Ds blink. The GOP has a strong hand and they should stay firm. Maybe 5 Ds will come to their senses and join the R’s and pass this clean CR.

Fred, I have tried to avoid getting down in the weeds about this CR because the Republicans really ought to cut much more spending and federal activity than they have offered; and the CR process is terribly flawed. But I thought the video was pretty funny…
