That was cool. Makes sense to this man.
It can work in both directions, Fred– after all, Christianity should lead a person to become more conservative politically. But I think Howerton’s point is that we ought not negate or diminish the direction of which he speaks; and in fact, it ought to influence the posture that the church takes.
