Both of the guys in this video were prosecuted by the socialists and sent to prison by their allies in the federal courts around Washington, D.C. These judges are described as “politicians in black robes”.
Navarro’s “offense” was invoking executive privilege to refrain from testifying before Congress. Listen to their comments regarding what they experienced at the hands of judges who had been confirmed to the federal bench by the U.S. Senate:
Bannon and Navarro were the victims of a raw deal, just as most of the J 6 defendants.
Elections have consequences.
Ed Martin ,Trumps first choice as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia hit the ground running and fired about 30 federal prosecutors who were part of the now-defunct Capitol siege prosecution section that tried Jan. 6 defendants..
The J6 prosecutors claimed that the J6 rioters were responsible for corruptly obstructing, influencing, or impeding an official proceeding, in this case, the official certification of the 2020 election. The key word is corruptly. It was in fact selective prosecution.
Martin was busy but hit opposition and was not confirmed. He did clean house while he was Acting USA. He was doing the Lord’s work.
The Supreme Court struck the obstruction charges from hundreds of J6 defendants.
President Trump pardoned/commuted sentences for 1600 of those individuals.
Steve Bannon was also pardoned. Navarro was not but immediately after Trump was sworn he he landed a job at the White House.
Fred, the socialists broke new ground with their prosecutions. The political equation has changed dramatically, perhaps irrevocably. Are the two major parties going to do this to each other indefinitely? It has been pretty clear that the GOP has to respond. I am glad Martin is playing a role.
