The Fifth Amendment is a constitutional right employed to avoid self-incrimination.
When a physician uses it, discredit is brought upon the entire profession. And this is a profession that has earned much discredit over the last five years or so.
The media/ left complex is attempting to cast this in the most favorable light. Common sense, however, screams out that this is a very big deal.

It’s now clear there was a conspiracy to cover up President Biden’s cognitive decline after Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Biden’s physician and family business associate, refused to answer any questions and chose to hide behind the Fifth Amendment.
The American people demand transparency but Dr. O’Connor would rather conceal the truth.
It makes me remember, Fred, how the socialists and their accomplices in the media made such a big deal over Reagan’s situation during his last year in office and shortly thereafter.
