June is usually the month that a large number of Supreme Court decisions are released– usually toward the end of the month.
I hope we will have some excellent decisions within the next few weeks. Some important matters are before the high court– the administrative state, the January 6 defendants, the abortion pill, presidential immunity, countermeasures to social media censorship of conservative content, etc. It has been speculated that the January 6 case might positively impact Trump and the proceedings against him. We shall see.
We have a good supreme court and I am confident that they will decide maters before them within the four corners of the constitution.
