The state of Florida has a constitutional provision that allows citizens to petition the courts to force the state to follow the law. It is called a “writ of mandamus”. I am unaware as to how many other states have such a vehicle.
Dr. Joseph Sansone is a psychotherapist who has made use of that provision. He recently filed to have the courts stop the distribution of the Covid “vaccines” in the state of Florida.
He has the facts on his side, but the courts tend to be highly politicized. It will be interesting to see what happens.
