It is pretty clear to me that the Special Counsel’s decision not to charge Joe Biden for his crimes because of his cognitive status cannot be accepted at face value. He has no particular legal authority to make a determination of mental incompetence; and no such determination has been made. He did not even attempt to get to first base on that question.
It is also pretty clear to me that he was never going to charge Biden; and that this particular special counsel never would have been selected in the first place if he might do that.
Furthermore, the socialist/ Deep State cabal does not want Biden to run again. This was a hand grenade flung directly at his 2024 candidacy. They are looking for a way to work him out of the picture and replace him.
The whole world can see that Biden is 5 beers short of a six pack. DOJ policy is that a sitting president can not be indicted …
