Two Huge Decisions from the State Supreme Court

The rulings reverse activist decisions made when the socialists controlled the NC State Supreme Court.

Voter ID is once again legal, as long as other challenges are also resolved. And so is partisan gerrymandering.

One point of clarification.

Partisan gerrymandering was legal in North Carolina for many, many years when the Democrats controlled the state. After the Republicans assumed control about a dozen years ago, the socialists began to agitate and use the courts to undermine Republican redistricting attempts. They thought it was OK when their own side did it.

But we cannot make the assertion that Republican control– or Republican redistricting– is nirvana. They have many issues also.
