If it walks like a duck, quacks, has webbed feet and feathers, then it is most likely a duck . So for all sentient people we are at the end of a trail , which has always pointed in one direction.
The DOE and the FBI have both said that a lab leak was responsible for the pandemic.

Ever since Watergate, the chattering class has always said that the cover-up is worse than the crime. And there was a cover-up in this case, Fred. The deep state and the politicians didn’t want the public to know that we were funding that lab to do gain-of-function, that the Chinese might have done things to harm us intentionally, and that the lab was engaged in bio-weapon/ vaccine development as part of a US defense dept. program. It’s a really ugly story no matter how you approach it.
