Government records are extremely difficult to obtain. I know from personal experience . In 1975 Senator Henry Jackson held hearings on federal narcotic maters. I requested a portion of the records of those hearings ( Congress is exempt from FOIA ) and was told that they were under seal for 50 years .
Maybe someday the CIA’s involvement in the Kennedy assassination well be made public .
