Yes , build the wall , yesterday. I am worried however , like the Keystone Pipeline was delayed and delayed by never ending environmental impact studies, the wall also be tied up in the courts over eminent domain. And does Kelo v. New London come into play here. Maybe some lawyer could tell us

No doubt eminent domain will be an issue, Fred. That is another reason the Republican Congress should have funded the wall two years ago. But they refused to do so.
