I might be wrong but wan't this bill referred to Committee where no hearings have been held... and it is dead as we have a new congress.

And like you , TC, ! am optimistic about the Texas Judge's opinion being upheld by the SCOTUS

Fred, if that opinion truly were in the process of being upheld at the Supreme Court level, that is when a bill like this would spring to life. It still has to go through the appellate level.
